摘　　要： 通过在Galor研究的基础上通过在其模型中加入土地要素进行了扩展,用扩展后的模型研究劳动力跨区转移的福利变化,在扩展的模型中把劳动力、资本和土地作为三种生产要素。利用这个模型研究收益率和人口密度对劳动力跨区转移的影响。研究显示劳动力从拥挤的地区转移到人口稀少的地区,同时又受到他们自身时间偏好和地区间收益率的影响,在综合因素的作用下对不同的个体产生不同的福利变化。 In this paper,we add the land elements to the basis of Galor model,and by the extended model to study welfare changes of labor trans-region transfer,which includes labor,capital and land.This model is used to study the return and the impact on labor trans-region transfer by population density.Studies have shown that labor is transferred from the congested areas to sparsely populated areas,affected by their time preferences and regional yield,different individuals have different welfare changes under the comprehensive considerations.
