丽江云杉家系主要性状遗传分析及综合选择

摘  要: 以引自云南香格里拉的4年生45个丽江云杉家系为研究对象,在甘肃省小陇山林科所经过苗圃测定4 a,观测各家系的苗高、当年新梢长、一级侧枝数、主梢上的芽数、南北冠幅、顶轮侧枝总长,并对家系间6个生长性状指标进行了分析,采用综合选择法评选优良家系。结果表明:丽江云杉家系间6个生长性状的变异系数较高,变幅在11.64%~39.14%;各性状间均存在极显著差异,遗传力较大;主要生长指标苗高与其它生长指标都存在极显著的相关;多性状综合评选,选出8个优良家系,这些家系的苗高实际增益为18.67%~60.01%,遗传增益为17.93%~57.61%。 The experiment was conducted to study the seedling height,the length of new shoot,the number of first order lateral branches,the bud number of leading shoot,the north-south crown width and the preserving rate of total length of top wheel lateral branch with four-year Picea likiangensi of 45 families for four years at Xiaolongshan Forestry Institute in Gansu Province. Six growth character indexes were analyzed by using the comprehensive method of choice selection good family. Six growth characters of variation coefficient were higher,ranging from 11. 64% to 39. 14%. Various characters were very significant differences and the heritability was also highter. Seedling height and other growth indexes had significant correlation. By combined character selection eight good families were selected,these genealogical seeding high of practical gain were 18. 67%-60. 01%,and the genetic gain were 17. 93%-57. 61%.
