摘　　要： 洪圣文化与妈祖文化是我国海神文化的重要组成部分.洪圣文化源于官方祭祀,妈祖文化来自民间崇拜;两股文化交相辉映,构成了我国独特的海神文化.对两者进行系统诠释,有助我们准确弄清它们的过往与今生,更好地继承和发展这两股文化,为充实与丰富我国文化事业,增添些许异彩. Hongsheng （one of the four Water Gods in south culture ） culture and Mazu culture are the main composition of Chinese Sea God culture. Hongsheng culture originates official sacrifice and Mazu culture originates folk sacrifice. The two cultures enhance each other＇s beauty to form special culture of our country. The systematic explanation of the two cultures will help to make clear of their pass and present. It will also help to inherit and develop the two cultures and enrich Chinese culture.
