摘 要: 专业服务企业中员工是知识的主要载体,员工创造力的发挥对企业有重要的影响。本文以广州市4家会展策划公司275名员工为研究对象,研究学习导向和主动性人格对员工创造力的影响。研究发现,员工学习导向、主动性人格对员工创造力有正向的影响;创造自我效能感完全中介员工学习导向对创造力的影响,部分中介主动性人格对员工创造力的影响。研究结果一方面丰富了员工创造力的影响因素研究,另一方面对专业服务企业如何提高员工创造力有实践借鉴意义。 Employees are the main carrier of knowledge in the professional service enterprises, and their creativity plays an important role in the firm. Data from 275 employees of four exhibition planning companies show that employee learning orientation, proactive personality positively have impacts on employee creativity; creative self-efficacy totally mediates the relationship between employee learning orientation and employee creativity, but partially mediates the relationship between proactive personality and employee creativity. The results on the one hand enrich the study of employee creativity influencing factors, on the other hand have practical implications for professional service enterprises for improvement of employees' creativity exhibilion.
