摘　　要： 运用单边Tchebychev不等式,对TSF模型中的概率约束进行放大,使之不大于给定的置信水平,改进后的新模型的可行域与最优解比用Tchebychev不等式放大的模型更优. In TSF- model, using one - sided tchebychev inequality, we amplify the constraint probability which is less than the given confidence level. The feasible region and optimal solution of the new improved model is better than the model which is amplified using Tchebychev inequality.
