摘 要: 大型群腔热流道系统结构复杂,通过对每一块分流板的温度控制,热流道系统可以保持热平衡状态。热流道板对环境和型腔的散热导致流道板温度分布不均匀,基于传热学原理,应用Ansys Workbench(AWB)软件对流道板温度场进行研究,为流道板加热器的合理布置提供依据。 Hot runner system was filled with large group of cavities, which had a complex structure. Through the temperature control of each piece of the shunt boards, hot runner system could be kept in thermal equilibrium. Hot runner plate heated to the environment and cavities, which led to non-uniform temperature distribution. Based on the principle of heat transfer,the hot runner plate temperature field was researched with the application of Ansys Workbench (AWB) software in order to provide a basis for the reasonable arrangement of the runner plate heater.
