摘 要: 基于汽车水泵运行特性,建立了汽车水泵总成半消声室噪声测试系统,介绍了该测试系统的总体设计及功能实现,确立了噪声测试规范。试验表明,皮带传动水泵的试验台架较好地反映了水泵实际工作状态;在隔声罩屏蔽试验平台背景噪声的工程级半消声室里,可有效测试水泵在各工作状态下的噪声等级;采用的四点测试法可很好地评价水泵在各测试条件下的1/3倍频程声功率谱和总声功率。 Semi-anechoic room noise testing system of automobile water pump assembly was set up based on operating characteristics of the water pump. General layout and function implementation method of this system were presented. Noise testing specification of water pump was established. Test shows that water pump actual operating condition was exhibited well on the test platform with belt transmission. Water pump noise level could be effectively tested at different operating conditions in the engineering level semi-anechoic room with background noise with sound insulation shielding. 1/3 octave sound power spectrum and total sound power of water pump can be evaluated under different test conditions with 4-point test method.
