摘　　要： 美国当代小说家科马克·麦卡锡经常在作品中通过渲染虚无主义气氛以唤起人们对当代伦理价值的深刻反思。本文试图从麦卡锡小说《路》中的父子关系这一层面来探析作品对人性和伦理的关注与表征。论文阐述了父子俩在末世危途中的冲突、磨合以及最终对传统父子关系的超越,同时探讨了作者对后启示录荒原中父子伦理关系的成功建构。 The Contemporary American novelist Cormac McCarthy often presents nihilistic atmosphere in order to arouse the readers＇ deep concern for ethical values.This paper is intended to discuss the theme of humanity and morality from the perspective of father-son relationship in McCarthy＇s novella The Road.The paper not only analyzes the conflict and the tolerance between father and son,and their ultimate transcendence of the conventional father-son relationship at the critical juncture,but also explores the author＇s construction of the ethical relationship between father and son in the post-apocalyptic wasteland.
