摘 要: 传统的新制度理论提出的组织场域同构化观点日益受到组织理论学者们的质疑。制度逻辑理论以及由此产生的制度多元性概念对制度约束下的组织异质性行为进行了更加令人信服的解释,因而已成为制度理论学者近来极为关注的前沿问题。本文从制度逻辑和制度多元性概念的内涵界定、制度多元性塑造组织异质性行为、制度逻辑作为制度创业前因以及组织场域制度逻辑演变过程等方面,对现有的相关研究进行了系统述评。最后,本文剖析了已有文献仍存在的不足,并对未来相关研究进行了展望。 The view ofinstitutional isomorphism in traditional neo-institutionalism theory has been increasingly questioned by organizational theoretical scholars. Institutional logic theory and the con- cept of institutional pluralism resulting from it provide more convincing explanation for heterogenous organizational behavior under institutional constraints,so they have become the frontier issue drawing close attention from institutional theoretical scholars. This paper makes a systematic review of current research in aspects such as the connotation definition of the concepts of institutional logic and institu tional pluralism, heterogenous organizational behavior resulting from institutional pluralism, institutional logic as the antecedent of institutional entrepreneurship and the institutional logic evolution process of organizational domains. At last, it explores the shortcomings of current literature and makes prospects for future research.
