摘 要: 通过对比实验和问卷调查等方法,对南开大学太极拳课程教学进行实验研究。结果表明:学生对太极拳技术技能的掌握能力不仅提高了,对太极拳拳理的理解也加深了。 The author conducts a study on Tai-chi teaching in Nankai university by used the methods of contrast experiment and questionnaire. The result shows that this method is not only enhance the students' mastery ability of Tai-chi technology, but also their comprehension on Tai-chi theory.
