摘　　要： 目前,公众参与城市规划是社会和政府普遍关注的问题,但在现实社会具体实施的效果却并不理想,这也成为了之后城市土地征收和房屋拆迁问题爆发的导火索。本文将从影响目前的公众参与城市规划问题和影响因素出发,结合外国经验,以寻求出提高公众参与城市规划效果的途径和方法。 At present, the public participation in urban planning is the social and the government of general concern of the problem, but in reality the implementation of the effect is not ideal, this has become the city after the land expropriation and demolition problem the outbreak of the fuse. In this paper, the influence of the current public participation in urban planning problems and the influence factors, and combining foreign experience, to seek out effective way and method of improve public participation in urban planning.
