摘 要: 活塞裙材料以ZL109为基本成分,并通过变质处理对其进行优化,改善铝硅合金组织,提高强度和尺寸稳定性,降低成本,明显提高活塞本身的耐磨和耐热性,解决了大缸径、高增压、大功率发动机因活塞顶部过烧熔化导致的机油燃烧、油烧结、积碳等问题。 The piston group material made by ZL109 basic ingredient can be optimized by modification treatment, which can make A1-Si alloy better, improve the strength and dimensional stability and reduce the costs. The abrasion resistance and heat resistance of the piston itself can be significantly improved. Many problems can be solved, such as the problem of engine oil burning, burning oil sinter and coke under big bore, high-charge and high-lift power caused by the top of piston over firing melt.
