摘  要: 本试验旨在研究产蛋期黄羽肉种鸡蛋氨酸需要量,为黄羽肉种鸡的饲粮配制提供科学依据。选用46周龄种鸡972只,根据体重分为6个处理,每处理6个重复,每重复27只。各处理组的饲粮蛋氨酸水平分别为0.25%、0.30%、0.35%、0.40%、0.45%和0.50%,其他营养水平基本一致。试鸡笼养,限饲130 g/d与自由饮水。试验期8周。结果表明:不同饲粮蛋氨酸水平对试鸡生产性能、孵化性能、蛋品质和平均蛋重均无显著影响(P>0.05),但对试鸡产蛋率和日产蛋重影响显著(P<0.05)。通过建立二次回归模型,试鸡获得最大产蛋率和日产蛋重的饲粮蛋氨酸需要量分别为0.39%和0.38%,每日蛋氨酸需要量分别为507 mg/d和494 mg/d。 This experiment was conducted to study methionine requirement in yellow-feathered broiler breeders during laying period to provide a scientific basis on formulating diets of yellow-feathered broiler breeders. Nine hundred and seventy two 46-week-old breeders were randomly assigned to six treatment groups consisted of six levels of methionine (0.25%, 0.30%, 0.35%, 0.40%, 0.45% and 0.50%), with 6 replicates of 27 birds. Experimental birds were fed 130 g of diet per bird every day and watered ad libitum during the experimental period of 8 weeks. The results showed that different dietary methionine levels had no significant effects on growth performance, incubation indicators, egg quality, serum biochemical indices and average egg weight (P〉0.05). The dietary methionine levels significantly affected egg production and daily egg mass (P〈0.05). Using quadratic model analysis indicated that methionine requirements for egg production and daily egg mass were 0.39% and 0.38% or 507 mg/d and 494 mg/d, respectively.
