摘 要: 为提高聚乳酸(PLA)的发泡性能和熔体强度,加入环氧扩链剂以增加PLA的分子链长度及支化度。研究了扩链剂对PLA的流变性能、结晶性能等的影响。结果表明,扩链剂的加入可以提高PLA的表观黏度,从而证明了其能够提高PLA的分子量和支化度,但是扩链剂含量过高时会使PLA分子链发生交联,导致PLA的加工性能变差,扩链剂的质量分数控制在1%以内较为合适。 In order to improve the foaming properties and melt strength of polylactic acid(PLA),epoxy chain extender with small molecular weight was added to increase the molecular chain length and degree of branching of PLA.The effect of chain extender on rheological properties,crystallization properties of PLA was studied.The results show that adding chain extender can increase the apparent viscosity of PLA.Thus it proves that the molecular weight of PLA is extended and degree of branching is improved,but molecular chains of PLA will be crosslinked with a high content of chain extender,resulting in a poor processability of PLA.The optimum value of chain extender is less than 1%.
