有机钛交联剂的合成及其在魔芋胶压裂体系中的应用

摘  要: 采用钛酸丁酯为基本原料,甘油和三乙醇胺为配位体,合成了一种耐高温的有机钛交联剂,并通过测定魔芋胶压裂液的悬砂性能,确定了钛酸丁酯和甘油、三乙醇胺的加入量,通过流变仪测定了魔芋胶压裂液的耐温和耐剪切性能。结果表明,当钛酸丁酯的质量分数为38%,配位体m(甘油)∶m(三乙醇胺)=1∶1时,有机钛交联剂对压裂液的悬砂效果达到最佳。在剪切速率为170s-1的条件下,魔芋胶压裂液可以耐温至90℃,黏度维持在50mPa·s以上;在80℃、剪切速率170s-1、剪切时间30min的条件下,体系的黏度一直维持在50mPa·s以上,符合压裂施工现场对流变性能的要求。在90℃时,压裂液的沉砂速度达到0.16mm/s,符合压裂施工现场对悬砂性能的要求。 A kind of organic titanium crosslinker with high temperature resistance was synthesized by using tetra-n-butyl titanate as raw material, glycerin and triethylolamine as ligands. The weight ratio of the glycerin and triethylolamine was determined by the suspension performance of konjac gum fracturing fluid. The temperature and shear resistance of konjac gum fracturing fluid were determined by the rheometer. The results show that when w(butyl titanate)=38~, the weight ratio of ligands was 1 to 1, the suspension performance of the organic titanium crosslinker was better. The fracturing fluid of konjac gum was very stable when the temperature was below 90℃, the shear rate was 170 s^-1 and the viscosity was still greater than 50 mPa s. And the viscosity of the system was still greater than 50 mPa . s when the temperature 80 ℃, the shear rate 170 s and sheared for 30 minutes. The re sults were corresponding with the requirements of field application. The sand settling velocity was 0.16 mm/s when the temperature was 90 ℃, which could meet the requirements of field application.
