摘　　要： 详细介绍了间苯三酚法提取游离棉酚改进操作法与常规操作法,通过实验数据比较了这两种不同操作方法对提取棉酚对过滤时间的影响,并讨论了实验结果,研究结果表明:改进后的操作方法,对棉籽粕、棉壳、棉籽油3个样品中提取棉酚所用的过滤时间,分别缩短了5.18 h、5.13 h和3.1 h。 This paper described the extraction of autoxidation between free gossypol improved laboratory equipment, reagents, tools and sample handling methods, described in detail the operation of conventional extraction methods and extraction opera-tions improved method by comparing the experimental data of these two different methods of operation to extract gossypol impact on the filtration time and discuss the experimental results, the findings show that： the improved method of operation of cottonseed meal, cotton shell, cottonseed extract gossypol three samples used in filtration time, shortened by 5.18 h, 5.13 h and 3.1 h.
