摘　　要： 中国葡萄酒消费经济进入高速发展阶段。地理标志对中国葡萄酒经济发展具有重要的支撑作用。介绍了地理标志从无到有的发展历程以及国际条约中相关的规定,举例说明了国际间的争议以及解决情况。探讨了地理标志对于中国葡萄酒业的启发,强调搞好地理标志保护,不仅有利于中国葡萄酒产品开拓国内市场,而且有利于相关企业走向国际化。 Grape wine consumption in China is in a stage of rapid development. Geographical indications will play an important role in the devel- opment of Chinese grape wine industry. In this paper, the birth and the development of geographical indications, and the related provisions in in- ternational treaties were introduced. Some examples of international disputes and their solutions were pur forward. In addition, the enlightenments of geographical indications for Chinese grape wine industry were discussed. The protection of geographical indications was good for not only the exploration of domestic wine market but also the internationalization of Chinese wineries.
