摘 要: 本文报道了用60 Coγ射线辐照对墨兰根状茎生长和分化的效应。结果表明 ,低剂量 (0 2、0 5、8Gy)辐照能促进根状茎旺盛生长 ,随着辐射剂量的增大 ,根状茎的生长受到抑制 ,甚至死亡 ;低剂量辐照根状茎 ,其绿芽分化能力未受影响。对辐照根状茎生化指标的分析表明 ,低剂量 (2、5、8Gy)辐照使根状茎体内可溶性蛋白质含量增加明显 ,过氧化物酶 (POD)活性的变化趋势不一 ,2和 5Gy的低剂量辐照使根状茎POD活性稍有降低 ,8Gy的辐照使POD活性显著升高 ,说明一定水平的低剂量可诱导根状茎POD活性增强 。 The effect of 60 Co γ\|ray irradiation on growth of Cymbidium sinense rhizome and shoot regeneration were studied. The results showed that irradiation with low dose (2,5 and 8Gy) promoted the growth of Cymbidium sinense rhizome, while high dose(≥10Gy)inhibited the growth. Shoot defferentiation of rhizome was not affected by irradiation of low dose. Biochemical analyses indicated that the soluble protein content of rhizome irradiated with low dose was higher than that of CK, irradiated with 2 and 5Gy seemed to reduce the activity of peroxidase, while irradiated with 8Gy increased the activity of peroxidase.
