摘　　要： 本文介绍了在市场条件下电厂报价的一些基本问题,指出了报价对电厂的重要性.同时介绍了一种在发电竞争的条件下进行电厂发电出力分配的一种方法,这种方法考虑了各机组发电功率传送到负荷用户的网络损耗,并以此来修正原始报价,再进行有功分配,增强了有功出力分配的合理性. This paper describes the basic problem of biding for unit competition . and also describes a method for Thermal Unit Commitment . This method dispatches unit output according to the bid of every unit. At the same time, it regards the power loss. The power loss can be apportioned to every unit pro rata through power flow analysis, then the bid of every unit can be revised and the unit commitment is renewedly dispatched.
