摘 要: 通过研究多种常见分散剂对Cu-水纳米流体的分散性,探讨研究了“两步法”合成Cu-水纳米流体的较佳工艺条件.结果表明:柠檬酸钠为Cu-水纳米流体合成的较佳分散剂;Cu-水纳米流体合成的较佳条件为:pH为3~4,纳米Cu的质量分数为1%,柠檬酸钠的质量分数为1.5%.pH对分散效果的影响最为显著. The effect of different dispersants on the dispersion of Cu-H20 nanofluid is studied. The "two-step " synthesis process for Cu-H20 nanofluid is optimized. The optimal conditions are shown as follows: sodium citrate as dispersant,3 -4 of pH, 1% mass fraction of nano Cu and 1.5% mass fraction of sodium citrate, pH has significant influence on the dispersion effect.
