摘　　要： 合同是工程运作的工具,是对当事人责权利的约定。在分析2013版施工合同示范文本法律价值的基础上,对示范文本提出的双向担保、价款调整、双倍赔偿、工程移交、缺陷责任、工程保险、索赔期限、争议评审等制度创新进行剖析。并在此基础上对合同管理工作提出了具体路径。 Contract is the tool of projee analysis of the legal value of the 2013 t operation , h version of the provides the right and responsibiliiy of eontract.
