一种超薄料磨削加工用的沟槽内冷式真空吸盘设计

摘  要: 针对超薄料磨削加工,设计了一款全新的夹具。该夹具仍采用真空吸附原理,但将传统密集小孔改成顺磨削方向的沟槽,将沟槽内部设计成循环水道。这种夹具优势很明显:磨削全程吸附,不出现热拱形变形;磨削时内外同时冷却效果更好,有效提高超薄工件磨削加工的精度与效率。另外,该夹具制作比较简单。 Aiming at ultra-thin workpiece grinding processing, a new clamping fixture was designed. The vacuum principle was still used by the clamp, but the traditional dense small holes were changed into the trench along the grinding direction, and the trench interior was designed into a circulating water channel. The advantages of this fixture are obvious : adsorption in the whole grinding, no thermal arched deformation; inside and outside both have better cooling effect during grinding. So the machining accuracy and efficien- cy of uhra-thin workpiece grinding are effectively improved. In addition, production of the fixture is quite simple.
