摘 要: 全球化不仅表现在经济层面,也表现在文化层面,即文化全球化。以广州建设"世界文化名城"为例,文化全球化时代的城市文化建设,既要发掘历史文化遗产的经济价值、促进文化产业经济的发展;也要注重营造自身的文化特色,展现城市独特的文化形象、个性特征;同时,还要保障市民的文化权益、提升市民的素质品味、促进社会的认同融合。 Globalization is not only reflected in the economic field but also in the aspect of culture field, that is cultural globalization. Taking the Guangzhou construction of the "World Famous Cultural City" as an example,city culture construction in the era of cultural globalization not only must explore the economic value of the cultural heritages, promote the development of cultural industry economy, but also must pay attention to build their own culture features, show the city unique cultural image, personality characteristics, at the same time, even more safeguard the cultural rights and interests of citizens, so as to enhance the cultural quality of citizens, promote the integration of society identity.
