马岗鹅和乌鬃鹅的屠宰性能比较

摘  要: 马岗鹅和乌鬃鹅存在显著的品种差异,对两品种的屠宰性能进行研究具有一定的适用性和指导意义。对90日龄的马岗鹅和乌鬃鹅进行了屠宰测定,并对相关指标进行了差异比较和相关性分析。结果表明,马岗鹅的活重、屠体重、半净膛重、全净膛重、腿肌重、胸肌重、翅膀重、腹脂重和皮脂重均高于乌鬃鹅,除了皮脂重差异不显著外,马岗鹅的其他各项指标都极显著地高于乌鬃鹅;马岗鹅的屠宰性能总体优于乌鬃鹅。各屠宰性状在同一品种不同性别之间存在显著或极显著差异,公鹅的屠宰性能总体优于母鹅。各屠宰测定项目之间的表型相关性很高。 There are significant differences between Wuzong goose and Magang goose. The comparison of carcass performance of the two breeds has the extensive applicability and practical significance. In this study, slaughter determinations were carried out in 90 d old Wuzong geese and Magang geese. The carcass performance was compared, and the correlations among the carcass traits within breed were analyzed. The result indicated that except for sebum weight, the live weight, carcass weight, half eviscerated weight, eviscerated weight, leg muscle weight, breast muscle weight, wing weight and abdominal fat weight were significant higher in Magang goose than those in Wuzong goose. These differences also existed in gender within each breed. In sum, the carcass performance were better in Magang goose than in Wuzong goose, better in male goose than in female goose. The phenotypic correlation of any two carcass traits was high.
