摘 要: 基于我国汽车冷藏运输效率低,冷藏温区覆盖范围窄等问题,采用实验的方法制备了一种辛酸与十四醇的低共熔复合相变蓄冷材料。该材料的起始融化温度为6.9℃,相变潜热151J/g,经过200次凝固融化循环及释热特性测试发现这种复合相变材料的稳定性很好,加入6%的石墨后,导热性能有了很大的提高。用DSC测试得出,添加石墨后复合材料的相变温度变化不大,相变潜热只减小了3.8%,作为一种新型复合相变蓄冷材料,可以用于一些推荐冷藏运输温度在10℃以上的高端果蔬的高温季冷藏运输中。 Based on the problems in automobile refrigerated transport such as low transport efficiency, narrow cov- erage of cold storage temperature area and so on, a kind of eutectic composite phase change cold storage material which was made up of caprylic acid and tetradecy alcohol has been prepared by experimental method. The initial melting temperature of the material was 6.9℃, the phase change latent heat was 151 J/g. After 200 times circulations of solidification and melting as well as heat-release characteristic tests, the stability of material was found very good. The thermal conductivity was im- proved greatly after added mass fraction of 6% of graphite. DSC tests showed that the variation of the phase change tem- perature was small and the phase change latent heat only reduced by 3.8 percent after adding mass fraction of 6 % of graph- ite. As a kind of new material,it can be used to transport some high-end fruits and vegetables which were suggested trans- porting above 10℃ during hot seasons.
