摘 要: 基于SOFM神经网络构建了散乱数据的精加工刀心轨迹生成模型。采用截平面法的加工方法,切触点沿截平面与加工表面的截交线点集分布。构建切触点优化分布模块,直接对测量散乱数据按照残留高度调整切削行距,按照允许的加工误差调整走刀步长,实现切触点沿走刀方向的优化分布。构建刀心轨迹生成模块,得到各切触点处的曲面法矢量,则可计算精加工刀心轨迹。实验表明所构建的精加工刀心轨迹生成模型有效可行。 An approach has been developed to generate the tool center path of finish cutting from scat- tered data based on the extended self-organizing feature map neural network. The cutting contact points are distributed along the intersection between the cutting plane and the surface to be machined with cut- ting plane method. In order to realize the optimal distribution of cutting contact points, the estimations of cutting line width and cutting step length are discussed according to the residual height and the machining error respectively. The tool center path of finish cutting is calculated according to the cutting contact points and the normal vectors at the the cutting contact points on the the surface to be machined. The fea- sibility of the developed tool center path model was demonstrated on simulation exoeriment.
