摘 要: 快速路系统适应性评价是多目标综合评价问题。首先对快速路适应性的相关概念进行界定,建立了包括路网的布局指标、交通运行的质量指标、社会影响指标、环境影响指标的4类影响因素的2级评价指标体系,并给出部分各指标的具体计算方法或评定依据;其次研究了系统评价指标隶属度关系,并进行评价指标分级及权重值计算;提出了适合快速路系统适应性评价的模糊综合评价模型。最后以具体案例进行了分析计算,文中提出的模糊综合评价方法可应用于快速路系统适应性评价。 The evaluation of adaptability of expressway system is a multi-objective comprehensive evaluation problem. First, the concept of adaptability of expressway is defined, the 2-level index system to influencing factors include highway network layout, traffic operation quality, social influence, environmental influence is established, and the calculation method or the assessment basis of some indexes are given. Moreover, the membership relation is discussed, the classification of the evaluation indexes and calculation of their weights are performed, and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model suitable for evaluating adaptability of expressway system is put forward. Finally, a numerical example indicates that the proposed method is suitable for evaluation of adaptability of expressway system.
