摘　　要： 当前的档案文献资料,大多都是采用纸质存档的方式保存,但纸质文献本身存在诸多不易长期保存的因素。对于纸质档案文献,档案工作者必须有足够的意识和方法保护好这些资料,避免带来损失。南方地区气候普遍潮湿,档案文献保存问题更应引起重视,还应加强档案文献人才的引进和培养。 The files materials which mostly is using paper record characters, there are many factors that paper is difficult to long-term preservation nowdays. For paper archives, archivists must have sufficient awareness and methods to protect such information, to avoid bringing losses. There is special climate, archival preservation more attention should be paid to strengthen the archival documents talent introduction and training in the south area of China.
