Asian Economy, Which is represented by ASEAN, South Korea and some burgeoning industrial countries, had a sign of recovery in 1999. Does it mean that it was the end of the financial crisis of Asian countries?''''' .There are many different points of view abouut this question. The author considers that it is too early to draw the conclusion that the end of the financial crisis has ended. This article analyses the effect of the economic situations of USA, Japan and other sensitive areas to the recovery of Asian countries. As the economic situations of the above-mentioned areas are not optimistic, the recovery of Asian countries faces many difficulties, even has the possibility of getting into the crisis again.
