摘 要: 根据应急物资储备库选址问题的特点建立了多目标选址决策模型。结合模型特点采用了非支配排序多目标遗传算法(Non-dominated Sorting Genetic AlgorithmⅡ,NSGA-Ⅱ)解决了储备库多目标选址问题,得到了Pareto解并对生成的Pareto图进行了分析,最后验证了模型的有效性。 This paper establishes a muhi-objective location decision model. The model takes the cost of supplies storage un- der random disaster risk, the efficiency of the coverage and the backup coverage of the key areas into a comprehensive con- sideration, thus making the selection target and the constraints condition of the good' s storage more in line with the actual situation . Based on the characteristics of the model, it applies the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II ( NSGA- II ) into the solution of the multi-objective supplies reserve storage location problem, and a Pareto solution was produced. By an- alyzing the Pareto graph, it gives a constructive opinion to the preferential choices of the decision maker and also give prove to the effectiveness of the model.
