摘　　要： 在研究河北省城镇特色景观建设现状的基础上,分析河北省城镇建设特色景观的优势和劣势,指出其存在整体性差、规划水平低、缺乏保护和管理不足等问题,探讨利用自然资源优势构建地方人文景观体系、合理规划和科学管理等进行新型城镇化特色景观建设的具体措施。 Based on the study of construction of characteristic landscape in Hebei Province, this article made an a- nalysis of advantages and disadvantages of Hebei to build characteristic urban landscapes. It pointed out the problems as poor integrity, low -level planning, lack of protection and poor management. Discussions on the specific meas- ures were made for using natural resources to construct local humanity landscapes, rational planning and scientific management in order to facilitate the characteristic urban landscape construction
