灭蝇胺对蝴蝶兰迟眼蕈蚊幼虫的生物活性

摘  要: 研究了灭蝇胺等几种杀虫剂对蝴蝶兰迟眼蕈蚊幼虫的生物活性。结果表明:灭蝇胺对迟眼蕈蚊5日龄幼虫的活性随处理时间的延长而提高,100 mg/L浓度处理后72 h后校正死亡率为52.58%。对不同龄期的幼虫活性不同,低龄幼虫对灭蝇胺敏感,随着龄期增加,敏感性降低,100 mg/L浓度处理对2日、4日和6日龄幼虫的校正死亡率分别为97.24%、81.88%和67.94%。对同一龄期幼虫的毒杀效果随质量浓度的增加而增加。灭蝇胺对迟眼蕈蚊幼虫的生长发育有明显抑制,处理后幼虫出现畸形,化蛹率和羽化率降低,幼虫历期延长。 The bioactivity of cyromazine against larvae of Bradysia sp.were studied.The result showed that the toxicity of cyromazine to the 5-day larvae of Bradysia sp.increased with the extension of treatment time,the corrected mortality rate was 52.58% when treated with the concentration of 100 mg/L after 72 h.The longevity of larvae was lower,the susceptibility of the larvae to cyromazine was higher.The corrected mortality rates of 2-day larvae,4-day larvae and 6-day larvae were 97.24%,81.88% and 67.94%,respectively.The toxicity activity to the larvae of the same instar increased with the treatment concentration.The larvae treated with cyromazine developed into malformed larvae,and the pupation rate and emergence rate were markedly lower,the larval duration of the survivals was prolonged.
