摘 要: 近年来,小汽车快速进入普通家庭,城市住区停车问题日益凸显。多层停车楼作为一种高效利用住区土地的停车方式出现,大大改善了居住环境。当前广州住区采用的还不普遍,但由于它拥有多种比较优势,具有广泛的市场前景。左岸多层停车楼是广州市首例由开发商建设的住区内停车楼。本文从规划布局、建筑空间、运营及使用状况对其分析研究,并总结左岸多层停车楼特点,为广州住区停车方式的选择提供参考作用。 In recent years the problems of parking in residential area have become increasingly acute because of more and more cars entering into ordinary family. The Muilt-Storey Car Park emerge as a strategy to use land efficiently, which improves the quality of residential environments. Currently the Muilt-Storey Car Park is not widely used in Guangzhou residential area, but it has great market potential because of many advantages, The Muilt-Storey Car Park of Zuoan is the first one constructed by private developers in Guangzhou residential area. This paper studies its layout planning, architectural space, operation status, evaluates the use and summarizes its characteristics, providing reference for the selection of parking mode in residential area of Guangzhou.
