摘　　要： 对翻译工作者来说,要做好一部电影字幕的翻译工作,确非易事,它需要考虑电影的画面、声音、文化背景等诸多方面;同时,本土意识对翻译过程会发挥巨大作用。文章以英文电影《足球尤物》为例,探讨字幕翻译过程中本土意识所产生的影响及作用。 It＇s not easy for a translator to translate a movie well because many things like pictures, sound, cultural background etc. need to be taken into consideration in the movie. Meanwhile, native consciousness of the translator has much effect on the translation. The paper aims to discuss the effect of native consciousness on the translation of English movies, taking one entitled She is the man as an example.
