摘 要: 在总结金属材料冲刷腐蚀的机制及影响因素的基础上,进行了金属材料海水冲刷腐蚀实速实验装置的创新性优化设计。通过采用对冲、流体加热及硬颗粒划削等措施来实现加速冲刷腐蚀。在旋转法的基础上,对实验装置进行了方案优选、结构优化、动力优配、关键零部件及热工等优化设计。经调试和改进后制备出实验样机,利用样机进行了批量的钛材试样海水冲刷腐蚀试验。实验结果表明,实验装置设计合理,接近实际工况,达到设计性能指标要求;具有结构简单可靠、成本低、易控制等特点,是一个冲刷腐蚀实验装置设计的成功案例。 The mechanismn and the affecting factors of erosion-corrosion were discussion.An experiment equipment of accelerating erosion-corrosion in the seawater for metal materials was designed based on the rotation method.The optimizing design of the equipment was accomplished refer to the normal equipment by rotation method.The function of accelerating erosion-corrosion in seawater was achieved by use of the many measurements,such as:torus structure,reverse rushing each other to samples,adding the hard and sharp particle in the flow liquid,and heating the seawater etc.The optimizing designs were accomplished such as:the structure optimizing,motive power calculation,optimizing designs of the key components and parts,heat engineering calculation etc..The sample machine was made after adjusting and improving for the machine.And the experiment of accelerating erosion-corrosion for Ti samples in seawater was accomplished.The function of accelerating erosion-corrosion was achieved by use of the equipment.It was proved by the result of experiment that the equipment owned some good features,such as:simple and reliable structure,low making cost and low working cost,easy to control and operation,more simulating the actual condition etc.this is a success design because of the reasonable design and good feature,and meeting the design requirements.
