摘 要: 为消除混合动力汽车单体电池性能的不一致性造成的不利影响,对电池的动态过程进行研究,提出了相应的均衡策略,并进行了试验验证。该策略以高速采样系统为基础,在动态过程中对电池组各单体电压进行实时精确采集并分析处理,动态诊断出需要均衡的单体,并进行均衡。验证试验结果表明,该均衡策略快速准确,效果显著,使电池组使用性能得到了很好的优化。 To eliminate the adverse effects of battery cell imbalance in hybrid electric vehicles,the dynamic process of battery is studied,and a corresponding equalization strategy is proposed and verified by tests.With the strategy,the voltages of single cells in battery pack during dynamic process are accurately collected realtime,analyzed and processed,the single cells needed to be equalized are dynamically identified and an equalization is proceeded.The results of validation tests indicate that the equalization strategy proposed is fast and accurate and has apparent effects,enabling the utility performances of battery pack well optimized.
