摘　　要： 轻化工程(制浆造纸方向)专业是我国轻工行业传统专业与特色专业,教育部"卓越工程师"计划的实施,为该专业工程教学提出了新的要求。本文以天津科技大学轻化工程国家级特色专业人才培养模式为例,从课程体系优化、实践教学改革、教师能力培养等方面对卓越工程人才培养方式进行总结探讨。 Light chemical engineering speciality （pulp and paper engineering） is a historical and characteristic speciality in China light industry .The ＂excellent engineer＂ plan of the national ministry of education makes new demands for the light chemical engineering speciality. In this paper, the light chemical engineering speciality of Tianjin University of Science and Technology was taken for example, the excellent engineering talents training model was discussed and explored with regard to the curriculum system optimization, practice teaching and its reform, teaching abilities training, and so on.
