摘　　要： 科技宣传作为科技传播的重要组成部分,对于公众科学素养水平的提升以及国家科技强国战略的实施都有着极为重要的作用,因此有必要对新时期的科技宣传做好动态性的评估体系研究.科技宣传动态评估的指标与评价标准涉及政策环境、宣传内容、宣传方法与技巧、宣传渠道以及宣传效果等5个主要影响因素.通过分析影响科技宣传动态评估过程的主要因素,在细化形成相应的指标项的基础上,初步得出科技宣传动态评估的指标与评价标准体系. Technology advocacy, as an important part of scientific communication, plays a very important role for the public to enhance the level of scientific literacy as well as the implementation of national science and technology. Therefore, it is essential to make a dynamic assessment of the system of science and technology promotion in the new era. The dynamic assessment involves indicators and evaluation criteria related to the policy environment, promotional content, methods and techniques of propaganda, publicity and other promotional channels. By analyzing the impact of the main factors in the science and technology promotion dynamic evaluation process and basing on the formation of refined corresponding indicator items, we acquire the preliminary science and technology promotion dynamic evaluation index system and evaluation criteria.
