摘 要: 为探讨立定跳板跳水起跳动作协调性规律,采用文献资料法、影像分析法、数理统计法等方法,对国内7名健将级跳板跳水运动员的起跳动作协调性进行了分析,结果显示7名运动员"膝-髋"第一、第二角速度峰值时间差的均值分别为(0.004±0.005)s、(-0.019±0.012)s,"肩-髋"第一、第二角速度峰值时间差的均值分别为(-0.093±0.066)s、(-0.144±0.042)s。"髋-膝"关节协调性特点基本表现为同步性,"肩-髋"关节协调性特点基本表现为顺序性。 To investigate the rules of Movement Coordination of take -off in standing springboard diving, with the methods of literature, Image analysis and mathematical statistics, the authors made kinematics analysis on Movement Coordination of take -off of 7 elite springboard diving athletes. The means of peak time difference of 7 athletes' "hipknee" first and second angular velocity are respectively (0. 004 ±0. 005 ) s and ( - 0.019 ± 0.012) s, the "shoulder - hip" are respectively ( - 0.093 ± 0. 066) s, ( -0. 144 ± 0. 042) s. It was concluded that the coordination characteristics of "hip -knee" is basi- cally synchronization, the coordination characteristics of "shoulder -hip" is basically sequential.
