摘　　要： 以欧洲(主要是北欧)视角,分析了群众体育与身体民主的内涵,探讨了欧洲群众体育的相关因素、差异性与不平衡性、群众体育之人与民主等,旨在强调群众体育必须考虑民主哲学语境,促成自下而上身体民主的建立,因为民主也关乎身体。研究认为:群众体育是流行体育延伸活动的一部分;群众体育的主要动力来自公共政治体制和公民社会;身体民主是人们以自己为原则来进行体育游戏活动。群众体育不只是构建现代竞技体育的塔基,它还需要运用哲学去思考和解释。 From the European（Nordic） perspective, this paper employs the documentary method to analyze the connotation of sport for all and bodily democracy and discuss the related factors, shadings and imbalance, people of democracy and sport, aimed at emphasizing sport for all has to be thought into the context of a philosophy of democracy and promoting the construction of bottom - up bodily democracy, because democracy is concerned about body. Main conclusion ： sport for all is part of popular sport; the main impulses of sport for all come from the public - political system and civil society; bodily democracy means people play the game together according to thir own principles. Sport for all is more than the basis of the pyramid and it requires another type of philosophy.
