摘 要: 高校内部管理体制改革是高新改革的重点和难点。本文总结了佛山科学技术学院在两校合并后由校系二级管理体制变为学院、分院二级行政管理体制的基本做法和成功经验 :统一认识 ,整合架构 ;明确职能 ,重心下移 ;搞好协调 ,减少磨擦 ;下放责权 ,激发活力 ;以评促建 ,转换机制 ;鼓励创新 。 Restructuring the management system in institutes of higher learning has long been known as a central as well as a difficult task. This paper reviewed the history of the administrative management system reform in Foshan University after its merge with the former College of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry of Foshan. The basic methods of work and the tested acting principles employed in the restructuring of the administrative management from the previous university department pattern to the present university school pattern were summarized. They were: seeking unity of opinions to set up an integrated management structure; specifying duties and functions to place the work of the lower level at the heart of a matter; coordinating the relationships to minimize clashing acts; transferring the power to the lower level to ignite vigor; evaluating the results of work to promote the building and reforming of the operating mechanism; encouraging innovative approaches to create characteristics.
