精密数控机床主轴系统多物理场耦合热态特性

摘  要: 在综合分析数控机床主轴系统的边界条件的基础上,建立三维多物理场耦合流场-温度-结构场的稳态和瞬态热态特性分析模型,采用有限元分析法(FEM)进行仿真模拟.该模型考虑主轴系统各零部件的实际尺寸、零部件不同面的不同放置情况、外界空气在不同流动情况与不同定性温度下对分析结果的影响,考虑主轴系统在外加非圆截面弯管冷却液影响下的温度场分析情况.以某精密数控双磨头磨床主轴系统为例进行分析与实验验证.结果表明,提出的主轴系统多物理场耦合热态特性分析的模型与方法可以快速、有效以及较准确地获得主轴系统的热态特性. A three-dimensional multi-physical coupling model of thermal characteristics which concluded fluid-temperature-structure field's steady state and transient state analysis model was established based on the comprehensive analysis for boundary conditions of CNC machine tool's spindle system. The model was simulated by employing finite element model (FEM). The model considered many factors, including the spindle system's component parameters, the different faces of components in different place, the influence of ambient air in different flow conditions, and the influence of different qualitative temperature to the analysis result. The influence of the spindle system with cooling lubricant in non-circle-section curved channel to temperature field analysis was considered. A spindle system of one precision double-grinding- head CNC grinder under the influence of multi physical field was taken as an example. Results show that the model and method of spindle system multi-physical coupling thermal characteristic analysis can obtain spindle system thermal characteristics quickly, effectively and accurately.
