摘　　要： "赢"字由"亡"、"口"、"月"、"贝"、"凡"五个部分组成,给新时代辅导员提出了一套系统的素质模型。一个"亡"字写出了辅导员工作的核心,要求辅导员要把工作做在前头;一个"口"字要求辅导员要能够起好上传下达的桥梁作用,紧跟上头、服务下头;"贝"和"月"是辅导员扎在学生里头的保证;一个"凡"字又从另一个层面上给辅导员提出了更高的要求,写出了工作的境界。要想成为新世纪合格的辅导员,就要有"赢"的意识,在工作中要紧跟上头、服务下头、扎在里头、做在前头、不抢风头,以学生为本,以大局为重,做学生的良师益友。 ＂Ying＂ is made up by the word ＂wang＂,＂kou＂,＂yue＂,＂bei＂,＂fan＂ five parts,which presents a systematic quality model to counselor in the new era.A ＂wang＂ character wrote the core of counselors,counselors work should be required to do in the front;a ＂kou＂ word requires counselors to be able to play a good role as a bridge upload issued,followed by the top,service nod;＂bei ＂and ＂yue＂ is a bar in the student counselor inside assurance;a ＂fan＂ word from the other levels to put forward higher requirements for counselors,wrote the work realm.To become a qualified instructor in the new century,they should have the sense of ＂win,＂ to keep on top of work,service nod,bar inside,get ahead,no stunts,student-oriented,the overall situation heavy,and to be students＇ mentor.
