日粮中添加生物絮团对鲫鱼幼鱼生长与肝脏抗氧化指标影响
Effects of Biofloc Addition on the Growth Performance and Antioxidant Parameters of Juvenile Crucian Carp Carassius cuvieri

摘  要: 为研究生物絮团对鲫鱼幼鱼生长性能、体成分和抗氧化状况的影响,选取均重为(3.24±0.27)g的鲫鱼(Carassius cuvieri)300尾,随机分为4个处理,在基础日粮中分别添加0(Ⅰ)(对照组),10%(Ⅱ)、15%(Ⅲ)、20%(Ⅳ)四个水平的生物絮团,在室内水族箱中饲养56d。结果显示:Ⅱ组末均重,增重率、特定生长率显著(P<0.05)高于其它组;脂肪指数、肠指数和脾指数组间无显著(P>0.05)差异;Ⅱ组肝指数则显著低于其它各组;处理组全鱼和肝胰脏粗脂肪显著(P<0.05)低于对照组,各处理组间无显著(P>0.05)差异;Ⅱ组饲料系数显著(P<0.05)低于对照组;肌肉粗蛋白水平随着絮团添加呈显著(P<0.05)上升趋势,且均显著(P<0.05)高于对照组;肝胰脏T-SOD,GST,CAT活性随絮团添加呈先上升后下降趋势,各处理组显著(P<0.05)高于对照组;Ⅱ组MDA水平显著(P<0.05)低于其它试验组,而Ⅲ,Ⅳ与对照组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。在本试验条件下,综合考虑生长指标,体成分和抗氧化指标,认为日粮中添加10%的生物絮团可以促进鲫鱼生长和增强肝脏抗氧化功能,降低饵料系数。 To study the effects of biofloc addition on growth performance,body composition and antioxidant parameters of juvenile crucian carp(Carassius cuvier),a total of 300 crucian carp juveniles (body weight (3.24±0.27)g) were randomly assigned into five groups with triplicate,the basal diet 0 (Ⅰ) for the control group,10% (Ⅱ),15% (Ⅲ),20% (Ⅳ) four levels.Crucian carp juveniles were reared in an indoor aquarium for 56 days.The results showed that weight,weight gain,specific growth rate of the group Ⅱ were significantly (P〈0.05) higher than the other groups,fat index,intestinal index and spleen index was of no significant difference (P〉0.05) among treatment; the liver index in group Ⅱ was significantly lower than other groups; the crude fat of whole fish and hepatopancreas of control group were significantly (P〈0.05) higher than the treatment group,but not significantly (P〉0.05) different in all treatment groups; the feed coefficient of group Ⅱ was of significant (P〈0.05) difference than the control group; the crude protein of muscle with biofloc addition were significantly (P〈0.05) increased,and significantly (P〈0.05) higher than that of the control group; the value of T-SOD,GST,CAT in hepatopancreas were increased and then decreased with bio-floc addition,meanwhile,each treatment group was significantly (P〈0.05) higher than that in control group; MDA of group Ⅱ was significantly lower (P〈0.05)than the control group and the rest group,groups Ⅲ,Ⅳ and the control group had no significant difference (P〉0.05).Under these experimental conditions,considering the growth performance,body composition and antioxidant parameters,diets with 10% of the biofloc can promote crucian carp growth performance and liver antioxidant function,and reduce feed conversion rates,thereby reducing feed cost
