氯离子与荷载耦合条件下玻璃纤维增强复合材料耐久性试验研究

摘  要: 分别在氯化钠溶液浸泡及氯离子与荷载耦合条件下对玻璃纤维增强复合材料(GFRP)片材进行耐久性试验,测得其抗拉强度、弹性模量及吸湿率的时变特性,分析不同环境条件与荷载作用下GFRP的长期力学性能及吸湿机理。研究结果表明:GFRP弹性模量下降幅度最大;荷载加速了GFRP力学性能的降低;氯离子与荷载耦合作用对GFRP力学性能的影响大于单一因素。分析表明:吸湿过程中GFRP片材的抗拉强度取决于其吸湿量的大小。 Mechanical properties and absorption mechanism of glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP) was studied by durability test, which was carried out under chloride environment and the coupling effect of chloride ion with loading. It was obtained time-variant characteristics of tensile strength, elastic modulus and moisture content. The results showed that after the durability test under chloride environment and the coupling effect of chloride ion with loading, the elastic modulus of GFRP sheets was decreased greatly. The effect of loading could speed up the decrease in mechanical properties of GFRP. The coupling effect of chloride ion with loading was stronger than single factor effect. It was concluded that tensile strength was proportional to moisture content of GFRP sheet. Mechanisms were proposed to interpret these experimental phenomena.
