摘　　要： 为实现对旧工业建筑改造的客观评价,基于能值理论,建立适合对旧工业建筑改造特点的指标体系、判定准则和基本步骤。能值评价可避免传统货币评价的缺点,反映自然资源对经济发展和人类活动的贡献,是对旧工业建筑改造评价较为适用的方法,可提高对旧工业建筑改造分析和评价体系的科学性、有效性和可操作性。 To achieve the objective evaluation of reforming old industrial buildings, besed on emergy theory the index system, decision criterion and basic Steps suitable for renovation of old industrial buildings were established. The method of evaluation of emergy avoided limitations of currency evaluation which was an appropriate method reflecting the contribution of natural resoures to economic development and human activities, which could improve the scientific level, effectiveness and operability of the reforming analysis and evaluation system for old industrial buildings.
