摘　　要： 旧工业建筑改造是工业建筑有效利用的重要方式,符合可持续发展观的要求。根据改造方式,明确竞争力要素组成,提出了竞争力要素排序的方法,便于企业集中优势资源,采取有针对性的措施,从而指导旧工业建筑改造,提高建筑的再生利用率,是绿色施工领域的重要组成部分。 The reform of old industrial buildings is an important way for the effective use of industrial buildings, which can meet with the requirements of the sustainable development concept. According to the reform mode, the competitive elements were clarified, and method of priority was proposed, which facilitated enterprises to concentrate superior resources, and then adopted target measures to guide the reform of old industrial buildings, which would improve recycling rate of construction, and also was an important part of the green construction field.
