摘　　要： 采用问卷调查等方法,系统调查珠三角智能交通高技能人才的需求现状和发展趋势,对珠三角地区智能交通行业的工作领域、证书、性别、工作经验、学历要求、薪酬、岗位分布、行业认可度等多个方面进行具体分析,提炼出智能交通专业岗位能力及技能要求。智能交通行业发展需要大量复合型高技能人才,未来应加强学生非智力因素的培养力度。 By the method of questionnaire investigation, the talent demand situation and development trend of intelligent transportation specialty in higher vocational schools in Pearl Delta Region was comprehensively surveyed. The work area, certificates, gender, work experience, academic requirements, salary, job distribution, industry recognition and many other aspects of intelligent transportation industry were specifically analyzed, while its job ability and skill requirements were ex- tracted. The development of intelligent transportation industry requires a lot of complex high-skilled talents, so it is neces- sary to strengthen the cultivation of students＇ non-intelligence factors.
