硫磺分散体对硫化密封纸板性能的影响

摘  要: 研究自制的硫磺分散体的各项性能指标,并分析对石棉胶乳密封纸板性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着硫磺分散体研磨时间延长,其粒径逐渐减小,电负性逐渐增加;在密封纸板中使用硫磺分散体比普通硫磺所得的产品具有更高的抗拉强度、更低的压缩率和更高的回弹率,证明硫磺分散体有更好的硫化效果,且随着研磨时间延长,密封纸板的抗拉强度和回弹率逐渐增加,压缩率逐渐降低,硫化效果不断提高;与硫磺分散体配合使用,丁腈胶乳作为胶黏剂所制得的密封纸板比丁苯胶乳的具有更高的抗拉强度、更低的压缩率和更高的回弹率。 The performance of the sulfur dispersion made by ourself and its effects on the properties of the asbestos latex sealing paperboard were studied. The results showed that with prolonged grinding time of sulfur dispersion, the particle size decreased, electro negativity gradually increased. When they were used in sealing paperboard, sulfur dispersion resulting product has higher tensile strength, lower compression rate and higher rebound rate than the average sulfur. This proved that sulfur dispersion has a better vulcanization effect, and with the grinding time prolonged, the tensile strength and rebound rate of sealing paperboard increased and compression rate decreased gradually, curing effect is rising. Compared with SBR latex, the sealing paperboard of NBR latex as adhesive coordinate with sulfur dispersion has higher tensile strength, lower compression rate and higher rebound rate.
