摘 要: 啶菌(噁)唑是一个新型异(噁)唑类广谱杀菌剂,为探索其异构体的抑菌活性差异,采用薄层层析、柱层析和高效液相色谱法对啶菌(噁)唑顺反异构体进行了分离和纯度检测,并测定了其对担子菌门、子囊菌门和无性型真菌类14个属16株植物病原真菌的离体活性.试验分离获得了纯度分别为94.9%和95.0%的啶菌恶唑Z、E异构体.离体条件下,Z异构体对供试病原真菌EC50值范围为0.000 2~0.730 3μg/mL,E异构体EC50值范围为0.003 1 ~ 49.182 7μg/mL,Z异构体对14株病原菌抑菌活性显著(P<0.01)高于E异构体. SYP-Z048 is a new isoxazolidine fungicide targeting a wide range of plant diseases.To separate its isomers and evaluate their fungicidal activity,thin layer chromatography (TLC),column chromatography,high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and bioassay analysis were conducted.Z-,E-isomers were separated and the purities were determined as 94.9% and 95.0%.In vitro,both of the isomers inhibited the mycelial growth of 16 experimented fungi from 14 genera.The results showed that the EC50 values of Z-isomer ranged from 0.000 2 to 0.730 3 μg/mL and the EC50 values of E-isomer ranged from 0.003 1 to 49.182 7 μg/mL.For 14 pathogens,the Z-isomer was significantly (P <0.0l) more effective than E-isomer.
